Vacuum compression moulding

Higher quality and elimination of imperfections for technical rubber parts moulded with this technique, which produces complex components using difficult materials.

Particular industries, such as aerospace and medical, require the use of this rubber moulding technique for the manufacture of gaskets, membranes, or high-precision parts in general, with critical materials and high quality assurance.

The rubber compound is dosed and loaded into an open mould heated to a high temperature, in which vacuum is then created to prevent air bubbles or other defects. High pressure inside the mould shapes the material to the mould cavity.

Our experience in the use of this process, combined with high-tech presses and the experience of our skilled staff, enables us to operate as a reliable and competent manufacturer of compression moulded technical rubber parts.
