using injection or compression moulding, mechanical sheet cutting, as well as assembly and gluing for complex shapes.
Components intended for the European market
Raw materials used for FCMA components and gaskets are certified according to EC Regulation 1935/2004, which refers to various local standards:
- MD 104 of 21.03.73 for Italy
- BFR XV and XXI, for Germany
- Arrêté 09/11/1994 - 25/11/1992, for France
All FCMA management, production and quality processes follow a specific protocol that is periodically verified by an accredited body. This allows us to certify, since 2015, our compliance with EC Regulation 2023/2006 (GMP - Good Manufacturing Practice), ensuring the correct manufacture of products intended to come into contact with food.
Components intended for the American market
As for the European market, New Rubber is able to offer fully customised gaskets made with materials certified in accordance with FDA (Food and Drug Administration) and 3A Sanitary Standard for any type of contact with food required. Regardless of the component’s intended use, hygiene protocol and complete product traceability are guaranteed throughout the production process.
