This type of CUSTOM gaskets is manufactured directly from the drawing with maximum precision and the end result strictly adheres to design tolerances. Suitable for all food, industrial, insulating and soundproofing uses.

Made from large sheets of appropriate material:

• rubber
• silicone
• polyurethane, compact or expanded
• laminated graphite for heavy-duty chemical or thermal seals
• plastic materials
• asbestos-free materials

At New Rubber we manufacture flat gaskets on state-of-the-art equipment. Our expert staff can provide support, both for predefined solutions from supplied drawings and for the design of complex solutions for applications in more extreme sectors.

We can manufacture gaskets in materials conforming to FDA 177.2600, EC Regulation 1935:2004 (FCMA) and USP Class VI, for use in the food and pharmaceutical sectors respectively.

In addition, because of our ability to manufacture sheets with any compound in-house, New Rubber can assess the production of articles, even in limited runs, with materials not normally available on the market (for specific certifications, hardnesses, colours and thicknesses).
