Inflatable seals

NEW RUBBER inflatable seals are custom made to solve sealing issues on doors or moving parts and as dynamic components on packaging lines.

Flexible and inflatable to create a hermetic seal in an array of industrial applications or used as an active component in packaging plants to block, move or brake products. These are the main functions of inflatable seals made from various materials, such as silicone, neoprene, EPDM or other flexible polymers. They are available in materials conforming to FDA 177.2600, EC Regulation 1935:2004 (FCMA) and USP Class VI, widely used in the food and pharmaceutical sectors.

At New Rubber we can make them in various shapes to adapt to the specific requirements of the food, pharmaceutical, aerospace, chemical and shipbuilding industries. One typical application is for ship and plane access doors, or isolation chambers for special medical devices.
