In addition to maintaining and monitoring a Quality system based on compliance with standard UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, New Rubber srl has implemented finished product approval processes through a PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), and identifies and addresses all possible failure modes in the process (FMEA, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis).
Furthermore, for products intended for contact with food, New Rubber srl has since 2015 integrated an additional management system in compliance with EC Regulation 2023:2006 (GMP, Good Manufacturing Practice), which is reassessed at regular intervals by the certification body DNV, the protocol required for guaranteeing complete conformity of products to EC Regulation 1935:2004 (FCMA).
We apply procedures aimed at obtaining the required results, starting from the customer’s needs, from the analysis of specifications and conditions, verification of project feasibility, including with pilot equipment and laboratory tests where necessary, in order to plan the correct production and control processes required to achieve the objective. We keep our focal points constantly up-to-date to guarantee high quality products and services, implementing and replacing production facilities and control equipment with the most advanced technologies available on the market, constantly training and updating our staff, and relying on the support of accredited bodies and external laboratories.
The starting point for achieving high quality products is the choice of materials and the skill of the maker. We only use materials from top global brands and certified manufacturers, consolidated partners who can guarantee adequate support in the development of new products and guarantee quality of materials.
Our products are constantly monitored throughout the production process in accordance with quality and statistical criteria. Final tests are carried out with automatic optical inspection equipment to ensure full compliance and dimensional checks can be performed with artificial vision equipment for non-contact measurement, allowing even the smallest defect to be detected.
